Job Description:

General duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Installation, monitoring, maintenance and repair of surveillance equipment


Job Requirements:

The following qualifications are required for the position:​

  • Knowledge of access control system functions and operations

  • Minimum of 1 years card access/alarm installation experience

  • Knowledge of specialized security equipment to include but not limited to: CCTV cameras, exit control devices, surveillance equipment and PE Beams

  • Knowledge of CCTV monitoring, recording and control room operations

  • Knowledge of Security equipment placement regarding facility location, layout design, etc

  • Knowledge of wiring connection tools and materials for installation, maintenance and repair

  • Skilled in analyzing and troubleshooting malfunction

  • Skilled in installing, programming, maintaining and repairing security equipment and devices

  • Skilled in installing wiring of alarm systems and anti-intrusion devices

  • Skilled in installing, setting and monitoring surveillance equipment

  • Skilled in analyzing security equipment requirements and installing appropriate devices

  • Skilled in performing quality control inspections of equipment, devices, wiring, etc

  • Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Software

  • Skilled in the use of Security Software Systems

  • Skilled in the Operation and data extraction of security software access programming

  • Ability to read and understand technical instructions

  • Ability to communicate (verbal and written) with internal customers and external vendors

  • Ability to initiate and complete work assignments with minimum direct supervisor

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Ability to provide on the job training to co-works to maximize performance and efficiency

  • Ability to work various work hours, shift, overtime, and call duty assignments

  • Ability to lift/pull/transport heavy objects and equipment weighing up to forty (40) pounds

PC Technician 


Job Description:

Cyber-Path is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team, who is familiar with Desktop/Network support. Candidate must have passed a certified Drug Test & Background Check prior to start date. 


Experience and Good understanding of PC Hardware, General Networking, Microsoft applications - MS Office 2003; Windows XP is required. Ability to lift 30 pounds for desktop refresh; unpack and remove desktop and install on user’s desks. 


Configuration of Hardware, Install images, Download files from Network, Perform required Operational tests as requested. 


Work independently with limited direct supervision 


Required Experience - minimum 1 YEAR actual related experience required..

Network Administrator /PC Technician 


Job Description:

  • Support customer services include email, internet access and networking.

  • General knowledge of Microsoft networks, servers and software to include installation and support.

  • Demonstrated experience with hardware: Network Cabling, PC’s and servers, troubleshooting business network installation.

  • Demonstrated experience with Network Concepts: Switching, Routing, TCP/IP, DNS

  • Customer service skills essential. Phone support and on site customer support; day to day support, troubleshoot, and repair of network systems hardware and software. Must be proactive and possess ability to offer solutions to the customer.


Non Technical Requirements:

Technical Skills and Duties:

  • Antivirus programs: Symantec/Norton, McAfee, AVG, Panda, etc.

  • Spyware/adware removal tools

  • 3 years minimum full-time experience providing tech support.


Must be able to pass a background check- We provide IT support for local Police Departments You will be finger printed. (No felonies or moral charges)
